EALA provides a powerful advantage to those entering the highly competitive medical and laser esthetics field. Learn from the BEST!
“Love, love, love this school! Being a former student from another local school, this school is the best hands down. Kris is….well, how should I word this….AWESOME! There are other choices out there, but there is something to be said for smaller class sizes, more personal hands on training and I can’t leave out the comfy classroom itself! Recliners? Are you kidding me?! Yes, recliners and even a blanket if you get chilly from the AC. Oh, and the snacks and fridge with drinks. No vending machines! Larry is really great himself. Very knowledgeable and great at research. Thank you for opening up this wonderful school and looking forward to new classes!” Christine Klatt Lasers by Christine “I would highly recommend Esthetic Advisor Laser Academy to anyone who is seeking a beyond excellent education in laser and medical esthetics. I am a graduate of EALA, and I feel that my education far surpasses that of other laser training facilities. I experienced giving state of the art hands on laser treatments at their onsite facility, Cosmo Medspa. I learned advanced techniques, as well as skin biology in a comfortable theatre like setting. Upon graduating, I received assistance with writing a resume and finding employment at an amazing medical facility. I want to thank everyone at EALA for giving me an outstanding education and making my dreams come true!” Kim P. "Esthetic Advisor Laser Academy is hands down the best laser school in the valley. They offer training on advanced machines, small class sizes and knowledge that can’t be found anywhere else. The training environment is a unique theater style setting with reclining chairs and a full snack bar to help you survive through the long days of training. The staff is incredible and everyone is super friendly. I am so thankful to have found EALA and would not go anywhere else!!" Alicia D.
Tired of the same old job working long hours, doing the same task day after day with little fun and even less pay? Looking for a change? A career in laser esthetics might just be what the doctor ordered!
Unlike other “national” schools that make outlandish promises of employment and wealth, we tell it like it really is at Esthetic Advisor Laser Academy. The laser and medical esthetics field is growing but there is competition for these jobs. That is why it is essential to get the best possible training and the most hands-on experience from instructors that literally “wrote the book” on laser and medical esthetics. For those with a positive outlook, great people skills, the right motivation, training, and connections, finding a rewarding career in this exciting field is possible.
At Esthetic Advisor Laser Academy, classes are kept very small so that each student can be individually mentored and provided with hands-on training opportunities simply not possible to obtain in the “national” schools with large class sizes.
Kristin Groop has taught thousands of students, from entry level career changers to experienced doctors, on the safe, effective, and profitable way to use esthetic lasers and perform medical esthetic procedures. Here is an excerpt from Kristin’s unique philosophy.
“After spending seven years as the lead instructor for the nation’s largest laser training school and listening to feedback from faculty, estheticians, and the thousands of students I have taught, it was apparent that all laser training programs are not created equal. In order for the student to be effective, employable, and successful in the highly competitive esthetic laser industry, the current curricula, methods, and practices utilized by laser schools need to radically change. I decided to develop evidence based and research supported laser and medical esthetics programs incorporating the latest procedures and technologies. I have created a personalized educational experience where each student is mentored and supported throughout the program. Class sizes have been limited to ensure access to instructors, equipment and hands-on opportunities. EALA teaches doctors, nurses, estheticians, and those seeking to enhance their esthetic laser education, the latest procedures and technologies. From ARRA approved courses to one-on-one training, EALA provides a wide array of comprehensive classes.”
